1. Delay Claim

If the delivery is delayed beyond the agreed time limit (air: 3-5 days, sea: 7-12 days, land: 5-8 days), customers can apply for a compensation of 5% of the total freight (capped at 500 CNY) after providing valid proof.

2. Loss & Damage Compensation

For goods lost or damaged during transportation, compensation will be made according to the actual declared value (maximum compensation: 20,000 CNY per consignment; uninsured goods are compensated at 20 CNY/kg).

3. Return & Re-delivery

If the goods need to be returned or re-delivered due to customs clearance issues caused by the shipper, the additional freight will be borne by the customer; if caused by our company’s operation error, the additional cost will be covered by us.
